10:00 A.M. – It is very cold here in Hearst, Ontario (-23c )right now. We are going for an afternoon ride around Hurst.  No one is interested in a long ride after yesterdays 251 miler.  We have 3 people with frost bite from yesterday.  One has two fingers that are pretty bad and two riders have  a spot on their  face.

Life is Good

You know that it is a good day when you can see such beautiful scenery and share it with such good friends.

WaWa to Hearst Day3

We left WaWa at 8:00 A.M. very bundled up because it was -23 degrees. Canada has warming sheds that all riders can use. We stopped and built a fire, warmed up and continued our trip.
We traveled 251 miles today. Everyone is a little tired but we had a good day on the trails. When we arrived in Hearst it had warmed up to 3 degrees.
