J.T. having a nap after lunch.
This a layover day for all of us. We all went for a circle ride in the Keweenaw in a very chilly morning. -4 degrees at 10:00 AM and windy. It warmed up to 3 degrees by 2:30 PM.

This is the bridge that separates Hancock from Houghton in the Keweenaw Peninsula. We are all very excited to be seeing such beautiful country.

Under the bridge is a trail especially for snowmobilers to cross. Sometimes we can cross on the river but today it was slushy and didn’t look safe.

Trail to Brockway Mountain. The trail winds up and up and up – then up some more. They had to cut through rock in many places to make the road.
