We traveled today on many types of terrain. The trails were well groomed and we had light snow this afternoon. The temperature has been running around 30 degrees for the past few days but the weather man says we will have some colder weather coming in. We are riding for a great cause – Please donate to Diabetes Research.

The start of our day

We woke this morning to 30 degrees but everyone was ready to get started on the day. Our destintion today is Aux Trois Motel in Chapleau, Ontario. This is leaving WaWa Motor Lodge.

Ernies for Lunch

We had a perfect ride today and the trails were all groomed. Stopped at Ernie’s for lunch and they baked us some luscious cakes for Valentine’s Day. We had a few mishaps on the trail today but nothing major. Blew one belt and two people forgot to keep the track down, but no injuries except for their pride.

The group left this morning from Wawa, Ontario, Canada to ride to Ernie’s restaurant in Missanabie, ONT for lunch. This is a very popular destination for snowmobilers, “A must stop and eat”. They will be back in Wawa tonight.(Click Here) to follow the riders progress via Satellite

We had lunch at WaWa Motor Inn and went for a 47 mile loop this afternoon. The trails are in excellent condition and had a wonderful ride. The temp up here is 30 degrees and we are hoping for some fresh snow tomorrow.
